I have this reallyy gross coldsore on the side of my mouth..its been there for like a month and I'm getting worried because it wont go away. I had one one the other side of my mouth which went away, but then this one came afterwards. I used Abreva on it but it still didn't go away, and now its red and gross, does anyone know what I should do? Thanks. (link)

That is an abnormaly long time to have a cold sore, I think you need to see a doctor.

The other one was there for even longer but it went away, so I'm just going to leave this alone and see if it gets any worse. Thanks for your help.
