I'm 5'1 1/2 and I think 88-90 pounds..
See? That's how skinny I am. I've gone on these weight things on the computer and they all say I am underweight. All of my friends are about 100 and the same height as me and look normal weight.
Does anyone know of a good way to gain weight but still be able to exercise a little bit? I would prefer it to be a healthy way but either way would be fine. Also, how many more pounds do all of you think I should gain?
I know some people with your siuation.
I think you should gain about 20 pounds.
Which is kind of alot to gain, but to be healthy you might want it.
A good way to gain weight, is to build muscle.
Some good foods you should eat are protein filled foods with larger fat amounts.Such as meat.
Meat is a good source of protein.
Also, if you work out or go to the gym sometimes then you will build muscle which would make you gain some weight.
Also eating more too, eating alot will deffiently be able to put on some pounds.
