Im getting contacts in a couple days (monday) and i was just wondering if anyone can tell me anything about them. IS it hard to put them in? Can they actually like slip down in your eye where you cant get them out? how long can you wear them? What will I have to do when i go to get them? Any tips or anything would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. :)
I wear contacts and they really are not that bad. They are not hard to put in at all and everyone always worries about them sliding in the back of your eyelids and stuff but that stuff hardly EVER happens. Most eye doctors tell you to wear them when you wake up until around 7 or 8 at night. Do no wear them for reading or the computer [for fun] If you need them in all day to read,use the computer,ect...dont worry about it. You must always clean them and the eye docter will show you how to do that and she will even help to tell you how to take them in and out.They will take a little getting used to but you can not feel them at all in your eye but if you wear a lot of eye make up[like me] you might have to go and buy different kinds[the eye doctor will tell u all about that]. do not wear them when you sleeep but if you forgot every once and a while it wont hurt.
