Q: I have Itunes and it says that I need to update my software to download any songs. The lastest download is like 6 or something, I think. Anyway, I go to the site and type in my email and it says it will automatically start but nothing happens. I tried shutting down itunes and starting it back up, but that didnt work. Did anyone else have that problem? Anyone know how to help me?
i restarted my computer and then it worked. but idk restart itunes again ??
