about

I am counsellor with over 12 years experience specializing in parenting, families, youth and mental health. I answer questions in a blunt and straightforward way so if you are looking for coddling or really touchy feely type advice thats not me I provide real solutions for your problems and concrete suggestions in other words I tell you the plain truth I don't sugarcoat.
I am really worried these days with the easy access to the internet and all the false information that is out there and the fact that people believe it!! So please ask first. I don't claim to have all the answers but I can claim that NOTHING will shock me you can try though :)
I look forward to hearing you thoughts and questions.

Ima christian & at church with youth group we sometimes do this. The youth leaders will put questions on a piece of paper & you answer them.
First: she said answer these questions as if god was not standing right next too you.
and i did.
Second: she said now answer the questions as if god was not standing right next to you.
I know that god is with you all the time.
But this one question had me stumped.
--If a relative was in the hospital & could die any minute would you stay in the room with them?--
I said no to this because i couldnt bring myself to let someone die right next too me.
Would you guys of said the same thing or would you be able to stay in the room? Why?
Thank you:)
I think that you may have looked at the question differently then I would; it wouldn't be "letting" someone die it would be, for me, providing comfort to a loved one in their greatest time of need. The choice of when they pass on is one that God makes, and being there could be his will to make you a stronger person. God never promised that life would be easy he only promised to carry us through the hard times.
This is just my opinion. Hope it helps.
(Rating: 5) thank you.
