Hi, I noticed that you answered a question on May 26th. I also answered this same question. Somehow this question was reposted w/our answers on it on June 28th. I happen to be able to maintain an average feed back of 5 most of the time. I got a 1 from this individual back then, but she has recently changed that to a 3 after the other one expired bringing my average down again (twice rated for same question). My feedback points were changed by a level 2 moderator. I don't mind loosing points when it is under legitimate circumstances, but this appears as though she has found a way to keep reposting this listing so she can bring down peoples ratings she doesn't like and it appears she’s a level 2 moderator because that is the level individual who changed my feedback. I've written an abuse report, but they only look at the top of the posting and see that it was posted June 28th. They think that this is the first time the question is posted. If you remember this person said she ruined a girls life...she gets off on that and it looks like she wants to be a thorn in my side because she didn't like my answer. Do you want someone w/this mentality to be a level 2 moderator? I was wondering if you would file an abuse report stating that you did answer this question back in May and was rated then. I have a copy of this posting here to help remind you of the incident just scroll down to the bottom of the post and you will see your answer and that it was posted on May 26th:

hey umm well this girl also gave me one but thats because her question really annoyed me and i found her consited and stuck up so my advice to her was to stop being so full of herself and she wrote back on my feedback and was like "fyI loser i get staright As" and kept going telling me that the losers are the ones that have to work for the things they want..so i wrote her back and cursed at her...so if i file a abuse report shed probably file one on me..haha...plus she didnt do to me what she did to you but thats proabaly because shes to afraid listen if this keeps hapening to you tell me and ill take my chances and file a report on her ok? tell me how it goes..peace

Thanks, I can understand your position and appreciate the fact that you responded. How about filing an abuse report, not to report an abuse per sa, but to simply verify my claim that she first posted the question on May 26th...a witness,so to speak?
