My stomach isn't flabby...but its too soft for my liking. does doing crunches really help tighten up your abdomen?
if so, how many should i do a day? (link)

Well I do dancing and everyday we have to do about 50 situps and crunches but what helps is when you do different variations like right left leg up reach etc. There is also the plank position that is hard but it will REALLY help your abdomens you lay like if you were going to do a push up but instead of your arms being flat on the floor supporting you lace your fingers together instead andbend your elbows and put your hands (together and laced) on the floor your abs wil immediatly start working I literally shake but after I feel like I have ushers abs haha but in a girl way.. Honestly it does help your abs and helps you to a 6 pack but it doesn't take all the "flabby" off unless you do like 1000 and I don't recommend 1000 unless u have lots of energy then go ahead! But I recommend for you to do like as many as you can like maybe 50 w/ diff. Variations Then just keep going! Well I hope my advice helped!
