I am a teacher and I love working with teens. I am one of their favorite teachers because I do sit down and listen to them. I allow them to cry on my shoulder and have been noted as a second mother to many of my students. I enjoy answering questions from teens about their lives and when school is back in session I will have my students help me with the advice by asking them what they would do so hopefully that will further help any and all questions that do come my way.

next year im going to high school. the seniors initiate all of the freshmen. has anyone been initiated before? what did they do to you? please help. im scared to go to high school. (link)

All upperclassmen love to scare their lower classmen. It's almost kind of funny because its working. If you are seriously afraid, don't be. I suggest you stay with friends that will back you up if anything does happen. I also suggest talking to the teachers and getting to know some of the security guards. If you are scarce with friends, hang out around the security guards so if something does happen, you will get help immediately.
