I have $300 dollars to shop with and out of these stores, I need the best 5 for me and my budget. If it helps Im 13, black, 5'5, my chest is 36C, medium waistline, thick hips. Abercrombie & Fitch, Aéropostale,American Eagle Outfitters,Ann Taylor, Arden B., bebe, Express, Forever 21, Gap, GUESS, H&M, Limited, PacSun, Victoria's Secret,Hecht's/Macy's,JCPenney,Sears, and Xcape.

Go to Old Navy. They have the cutest stuff in there and it is great quality and very reasonable. I like Target too, but Old Navy is my fav!
