How do you apply eyeliner? I don't know where to put it or how to put it on without poking my eye. please help! (link)

well i use the pencil for the bottom of my eye and all i do is pull donw the bottom of my eyes and apply it on top of my bottom eye lashes and if you want it light dont go over it but if you want it dark go over it a couple of times.
I also use liquid eye liner but i dont use that in the same place as i use the pencil because it stings, i apply it on my eye lids just abouve my eye lashes, if you want to try this here is a pointer, if you want it dark make it a thick line if you want it light make it a thin line and make it as near to your eye lashes as possible for good results , dont worry if you cant get this one right away because it took me ages to get it right lol. hope i could help.
