i started taking birth control pills and i was wondering when its safe for my boyfriend to not use a condom?

They should already be in effect, so you're safe already. :]

EDIT - Oh, alright, I didn't know how recently you had started them. Here are a few answers, http://www.faqfarm.com/Q/How_long_after_starting_birth_control_can_a_guy_start_to_ejaculate_in_the_female, they basically said to wait 5 days, so I think that's your best bet. My bad for not researching it more. I'm sorry.
