hey i know this is a really weird question but i just got over a small yeast infection and i have these little red bumps on my vagina and its still kind of red down there...idk what to do is it part of the infection or what?!! help! i try to wash really well down there!!! (link)

Ahh, that could be your problem. There is a balance of good bacteria and good yeast in your vagina naturally. When the balance is upset, you can get a yeast infection. Washing essesively with a lot of soap, especially antibacterial soup, will give you a yeast infection because it will kill the good bacteria and the yeast will grow unchecked. The red bumps most likely go along with it, and will clear up just fine when everything is healed up.
