Lately, I have been having really bad food cravings. Im not fat, 110 pounds, but I think that if I keep eating, I will be fat. I was wondering if there is a good way to kick the cravings. Thanks!
Instead of eating lots of food, excercise.You could jog in place or walk up and down the stairs. Excercise kickstarts your metabolism and you feel like you just ate.
Also, dont drink diet sodas.
Like diet pepsi, or diet coke, etc.
Because they have something in it that will make you crave sugar later.
The best advice is to drink lots of water,
or drink milk.
