ok i need a diet just to lose like 5 or 6 lbs
i need it to include running and a healthy food diet and any tips for getting "pumped" to exercise
p.s. include running i love to run!

ok try having a lower cal diet, and work out like at least once a day. try streching out, then running around the block without stopping. then try lifting weights and doing sit ups. this kind of workout will slimm you down, and give you more muscle in your legs, arms, and abs.
