Im going swimming tomorrow and I just got my period! I really want to go because I made plans with guys & stuff..but Ive tried putting a tampon in and it hurts me really bad. Any advice on how to make it hurt less or how to put it in right?? ANY advice is appreciated. _(link)

It may just be the kind of tampon your using. For me the cardboard ones are sooo uncomftorable. The ones i use are Playtex gentle glides. you cant even feel them. hope i helped and have fun!! xoxo
