about

I'm Kelli...if you ask me advise, you will get an honest answer, maybe some of you won't like it, but that's just my style. I don't sugar coat things to make it easier to swallow, I give it like I see it. That being said, I am actually a sweet person but I have my own opinion!

I have been through some tough times in my life so I really do know what I am talking about. Yeah, and I hate writing these things because I never know what to say!!!!

advice

if you are under the age of 14 and you have not had your period would it be bad for your body to use a tampon when you do get your period?

First off, I don't agree with the person who gave you advice before me. Using a tampon when you first start is perfectly fine! I've used them since I started getting my period, and I haven't had any problems! The way to make sure that you are comfortable when wearing a tampon is having the right size and having it in the proper position. To start out I would try wearing a regular,if that is too big, wear a lite/junior or if it is too small, wear a super. To make sure you have it in correctly, you want to put it in at the same angle as the "hole" and push it back pretty far, probably just a little further taht you actually want to. Also, so make it more comfortable to go in, try a plactic applicator instead of a cardboard one! Hope this all helps you!
