hey !
if i run for about an hour a day for maybe 5 or 6 days [[yes-i do stretch and take precautions and make shure i am fully hydrated]] how long do you think until i will lose 5 pounds?

It's great that you're trying to get into shape, but you also have to make sure you eat healthy as well. Make sure you cut back on the sweets and fatty foods and up your fruit and vegetable intake. If you eat healthy and exercise your five pounds should be gone within 2-3 weeks. Hope this helps and good luck.
