i like this boy but he is my nieghbor and if i tell him then im afraid he wont like me back and that will ruin our friendship cause were friends plus i dont no what everyone else will think of me and my parents dont really like him that much

well. if you told him how you really felt. he might understand and wanna go out with you. but if he turns you down, tell him that you understand that he doesnt like you that could we still have the friendship that we had. and if you do go out with him, i would tell him that can we keep our relationship in orivate so no one finds out that way. you wont get in trouble by your parents.
