about

I'm Kelli...if you ask me advise, you will get an honest answer, maybe some of you won't like it, but that's just my style. I don't sugar coat things to make it easier to swallow, I give it like I see it. That being said, I am actually a sweet person but I have my own opinion!

I have been through some tough times in my life so I really do know what I am talking about. Yeah, and I hate writing these things because I never know what to say!!!!

advice

alright, i'm 15 and I"ve had my period for over 2 or 3 years, but i've never tried tampons. This morning I tried one, but its extreamly uncomfortable, getting up or sitting down, unless my legs are spread apart its almost painful. am I doing something wrong? is that normal?

PLZ, any advice you have, please post

Thank you!

There are a few things that could have happened. One could be that the tampon you used is too big, so it doesn't fit correctly. I would suggest using a regular sized one to begin and if you need bigger, than use bigger. Another thing that could have happened is that it was not in straight or not in far enough. Make sure you go in at the angle that the "hole" is and push it pretty far in, you'll want to stop a little ways before you actually need to. I hope this stuff helped!
