Q: alright, i'm 15 and I"ve had my period for over 2 or 3 years, but i've never tried tampons. This morning I tried one, but its extreamly uncomfortable, getting up or sitting down, unless my legs are spread apart its almost painful. am I doing something wrong? is that normal?

PLZ, any advice you have, please post

Thank you!
It's a common problem, but it really isn't a serious problem. You're just not inserting it far enough. If you can still feel the tampon with your fingers once it's in, then it isn't in far enough. All you should be able to see or feel is the string. Hope I helped.

alright, i'll try that, thank you!
