I've read in cosmopolitan that foods that have strong odors/tastes can effect down there, like if you eat a really garlicy italian meal then you might smell like that. I read that pineapple can give you a sweet scent and maybe even a sweet taste, but don't expect too much. You could get chocolate body paint and use that down there, then you would deffinitely taste sweet.

hi! Thank you for helping! I have been doing some more research and I wanted to tell you that putting chocolate down there is an instant yeast infection. Anytime you put sugar down there you have trouble. So don't do that! ;-) Turns out he just likes the way I taste anyway.
