I'm also a Christian girl and is normal what your feeling. And my advice is listen to a lot of worshipping song and while you listening to it tell God to help you and to take everything out of you that is not him. And believe it will work for sure. I had your same problem and believe listening to worshipping songs and praying while the worshipping song is on it will work for sure. Tell me how it went .I hope i have helped
