Q: Dose anyone know any good healthy exercise to do to make my stomach flat(i dont wanna be completly skiny i just wanna lose some fat in my stomach)
Crunches are a great way to flatten out your stomach. Just make the position you would if you were doing crunches, and then go up like you were to do a sit up but don't go all the way to your elbows ; just halfway, then go back down again.

You can also jog a little while everyday. Flex your stomach while your jogging for the best and most quickest results.
