Ok so my friend's coming over and we want to make out, but I have this fever blister {cold sore} but you can't even see it anymore because it's going away. Could he get one or get sick? I was going to tell him before we made out that I had one and if he still wanted to because you can't even tell it's there. I was just wondering thought. Thanks!!! (link)

Yes, he will most certainly get exposed to the virus- and that means he may or many not get a cold sore from that. The Herpes Virus (simplex1) is what causes cold sores and you can never get rid of it once you get it in your system, AND you can spread it to your genitals. It would b every wrong of you to just "not tell" him.
