Ok so im in dance and i have been for 10 years but like i am fat and and like a dance at least 8 hours a week and i was wondering y am i not getting skinnier and i do sit ups to get rid of my fat so what am i don't wrong? (link)

Keep dancing like always ok.Because that is you inspiration. Now eating a lot of junk food is not going to help you even though you will excersice after. Try to get as much as thesize of you hand. But eat little not that much. And don't eat every one hour wait and then eat. Also, what i do is when i eat a wait a few mins.To drink something that way the food will be able to digest well and won't make me a big stomach
