Well, I am trying to get in shape for cheerleading but now I have a sprained ankle so I cant run but I go biking everyday and im curious on how I can get skinny again. (link)

Biking is a great source of excersize! Maybe when you go biking where sweat pants an a jacket, that way you can get sweaty...the hotter the better. You lose calories when you sweat. There is a 1,000 calories in a pound. In any sport you sweat in then you are losing weight non-stop. If that doesn't help e-mail me back. Hope it did!!!
