i've got a broken leg and it has to stay in a cast for weeks. I mean, ages! Im stuck with not a lot to do so im just eating loads of rubbish and im worried im gonna get fat.
how can i exercise so that i dont put on loadsa weight without actually hurtin my leg real bad?
well you can try like doing sit ups and put one leg up and one leg out in front of u.

I was looking more for specific exercises. Walking is very hard with my leg being so hurt.
