i've got a broken leg and it has to stay in a cast for weeks. I mean, ages! Im stuck with not a lot to do so im just eating loads of rubbish and im worried im gonna get fat.
how can i exercise so that i dont put on loadsa weight without actually hurtin my leg real bad? (link)

Afternoon walks. Take a walk outside in the evening. Easy walks, and that shall do the trick.
