Okay. If I eat one meal a day for 2 weeks, Will I lose that stupid "pouch" of fat under my belly button and on my hips? I need to know soon!

ok, im not going to lecture you, im just going to flat out say do not do that! just excersize alot, and do alot of sit ups and stuff that will make you loose fat and make u gain muscle (not too much if thats what your afraid of, dont worry) just eat regular 3 meals a day and healthy snacks, eat as healthy as you can.. i hope i helped=]
