Q: what is the minimum time i need to wear my retainer? i've had my braces off for a few months. my retainer is so uncomfortable :( is a couple of hours a day good enough?

well when i got my braces off they told me to wear it all the time for like a few months or so.. and then after that they told me i only had to wear it when i slept. so if you wear it when you sleep you should be fine..... and probally wont have to wear it any other timee
