If I receive a call from overseas on my
cell phone (Cingular), is it free? or am
I charged for the call? (link)
I'm from Scotland and I moved to Australia about a year ago. Whenever I call my mates, it costs me a whole lot but they've never been charged for it. If someone calls you, you probably wouldn't be charged either.
