so i'm kali, and i'm eighteen years old & a freshman at a small private college in wisconsin. the 'hollywood' thing is kind of a long story, but no, i've never lived there =) i had a column on this site sometime last year & answered 2000-ish questions, but then i never really had time to get on here anymore, so i figured i'd just start over. i'm always honest, & sometimes a little bit too blunt, but at least you'll know i'm not lying to you. i don't judge people at ALL, & hopefully you'll feel like you can ask me anything =)

advice

My cat has been gaging like he's going to puke but then he dosn't and he does it especialy when you pick him up. Also he's breathing out of his mouth. I know for sure that theres nothing stuck in his throat... and the weirdest part is that my other cat is starting to do it now too. Does anyone know what might be causing it. Im really woried and dont have the money to go to the vet. Please Help.

allergies! my cat has them [ well, they both HAVE had them, but only one really has problems .. ] he just goes to the vet like, every 6 months or whenever he's coughing a lot and gets a shot. i know you said you don't have money, but at my vet it seriously only costs like, 32.50 or something for the visit/shot/everything. it sounds exactly like what goes on with my cats, so i'd be willing to bet that that's what's wrong.
