Okay. Im 13/f looking for some good excercise tips for over the summer. I need to tone the area around my stomach and my thighs. Any advice anyone? I will rate! Thanks =]

To lose fat do some cardio like running or swimming..or w/e you like to do. To tone up your tummy Pilates work great! For your thighs squats and lunges work really well. Dont froget to stretch before and after your ruitine. Also for any excercise program eating healthy and good portions of food maximize results.
