Im 14, 5foot 7inces and I weigh 130pounds. I have alot of belly fat. I keep lossing weight but not the belly fat. So what should I do to loss the belly fat and some pounds. Thanks. I rate 5s for good advice.

Well fat is energy stored in your body. Most fat is stored in or stomach and thighs because it can hold more without affecting our balance as much. When you excercise your body needs energy and if you excercise enough it will go and break it down from the fat. Now if you keep losing weight and not from you belly then maybe its because of the type of excericses you are doing or the type of diet you have. If you dont excerise your weight loss could be muscle loss (muscle weighs more than fat) Or if you dont eat alot you motabolism gets slower and your body goes into starvation mode so whatever you eat gets stored at your belly. It really depends on how you are losing weight. Tell me and I will tell you how to burn the fat around your stomach.
