Well it sounds like your just judging her on looks. Thats a big 'no no.' But the best thing to do, is like ask her to hang out some times. Maybe take her down to the local beach or soemthing that she likes to do. Dont focus on looks, because maybe, her perosnality isnt what you were looking for. Stay True, and you will definately know when the time is right!!!
