so i want to loose some wait this summer (20-40 pounds) i am not over wait i just feel fat because i have big bones. i was wonder how long should i go to the gym everyday. i dont want to over do it. and usual i only eat twice a day is that health? (link)
well it is better to eat 3 to 5 small meals a day than 2 big meals. how long you work out depends on how much you weigh. if you are not overweight than you might not want to lose so much weight. i would say that 10 to 15 pounds would be the best. im trying to lose weight myself and just a few pounds can really make a diffrence. i am also big boned so i know what it is like. i would say that anywhere from 30 min. to 2 hours a day would be good and never out do yourself. the most important thing to remember is that you always eat. dont try to skip meals. you will get sick and throw up and you will have health problems. not to mention if you ever try to get back to eating normally again it can make you very sick and you might not be able to reproduce later in life
