I've noticed that everytime I run,jog or walk in the morning when there is a chilly breeze, my legs get really itchy to the point that I can't stand it. I go home and I scratch till my legs are raw and red. I put water on it and it helps but not alot. Is there any thing I can do to prevent this? What is it? and is there any medication I can take to help the itching? Also, does that happen to a lot of people or is this just me? Thanks! I really appreciate it.
I have this problem when i run and havent run for a while, my coach just told me that its the blood rushing to the surface and nothing to worry about, but it does itch like no other!
