In school i have to pick a historical figure and based on their backround write about when I think they think people become adults. I picked Martin Luther king jr. anf i have no idea what to write about please help! (link)

MLK grew up witnessing segregation and racism all around him. He lived in a world where blacks were treated like scum, and he hated it through his childhood. Through his early years, he just sat there... It was when he decided to do something about these terrible conditions that he became an adult. He was taking action on a problem that had been affecting him and his people for decades.
