i have a running problem. i can only run for like 2 min and after that i'm so tired that really sucks and i always start running soooo fast and after 2 min i'm tired! what can i do to last longer? i know i'm breathing right! and in about 3 weeks my school has this running compatition and i dont wanna win but i also dont wanna ambaress myself so pleeaaassee help me!!!

Try and start slow. Keep a steady pace. If you start by going full blast, you get tired a lot quicker. Start slow and keep a steady pace with your breathing. Also, eat right. Carbs help alot. It gives you more energy. But don't forget to channel that energy into a STEADY pace. You'll run a lot longer that way. I hope I helped and I hope you have fun running in your compatition!
