Okay. Well, I just turned 13, and I'm 5'7. The average weight for a person that is 5'7 is 135 lbs. I'm 130 but I feel over weight. I ask people that I know would tell me the truth if I was fat and they say no. I have large breasts as well, would that be a reason?
Am I fat?

You are a perfectly normal weight. Believe me. ^^
Also, having large breasts may make you feel overweight, because clothing doesn't fit right. I know how you feel in that respect. But look on the bright side! Most girls would do almost anything for your chest. ^^
