ok this shirt i bought off of ebay arrived a few days ago but likee .. its smaller than the description said. and im really tall so when i move my hands anywhere above my waist it comes up. and theres a strict dress code in my school.
is there any possible way on the face of this earth i can stretch it or make it longer? (link)

you could definitely try stretching it when its wet. if you want to get crafty, you could sew a strip of clothing from another shirt or something else (like lace, if it matches, or whatever) in a color that compliments the shirt. my younger sister does this all the time.
then again, the idea of a longer slender tanktop underneath works wonders too. :)
