I'm having a birthday party next week with four friends (we're all 13 year old girls, if that helps) and my theme is a spa party. Does anyone know any fun spa treatments that I can do at home with my friends, or any websites with home spa treatments on them?

Bath & Body works has a whole line of spa products that are relativly cheap compared to the stuff that you would buy at a regular salon. Most of these come in blue bottles and are called True Blue Spa. Check out the Bath&Body Works website for more info on those.
If you're giving out gift bags, you could get a cheap pair of flipflops for each of your friends along with a shower sponge (one of those poufy ones) and some body wash and matching body spray.
