Is there any way to improve your aim in base or softball so you actually hit the ball most times? (link)

Well I've played softball for years now and I didn't start of as the best batter. You have to watch the ball very closely and plan what you're going to do before you do it. When you're on deck, find the rhythm of the pitcher, they all have them and then that will help too. I started off hitting like 20 mph balls and now I can hit up to 60-70 :] Hope I helped
