Okay im not fat or really over weight, i just want to loose like 5 or 6 pounds (get a flat stomach)i want to have a flat stomach by the time camp starts which is in like 3 or 4 weeks! i did loose like three pounds but i was stupid and i totally piged out last weekend and gained it back! does any one have any good tips on how to slim down fast. any diet rules or foods you know that are low calorie and taist good or any thing? i running out of time! Sit ups. Lots of sit ups. Excercise, eat well, and don't worry about it.
