Guys do like outgoing girls and i know how you feel, cos im uite shy too.
First - wear what you like, dont think 'oh thats nice, but i dont think i would ever have the corage to wear it because its quite bright/skimpy/unusual' - dont care about what other people think, just wear that top/skirt ... whatver .... that you like.
It might be hard at first to not care what anyone thinks, but just wear what you like, go out and try not to think about what anyone else is thinking, just think 'i really like this top, its so cool that i bought it'.
Also, to seem more outgoing you need to wear maybe, um, sexier clothes, go out with either - a mini skirt, crop top, backless top, boob tube or a cleavege-flashing top, you might think these sound slutty but if you wear, say, a mini skirt with a tank top and a jacket it wont look slutty. If you're going out somewhere (like to a party) then i think its ok to wear a boob tube/backless top with a mini skirt, but not a crop top with a mini skirt. But whatever, its bst t just wear one of those items of clothing all the time.
Guys like confident girls so at first, just fake it, go out of the house while thinking to yourself 'im gorgeous and all the guys love me' cos you will start to believe it and that will make you more confident.
At school/college/uni if anyones having a light convo (say about last nights tv, the school disco or whether orlando or johnny is cuter) then join in.
This should make you seem more confident, sexy and outgoing.
