I'm not very booksmart, and I'm definately not street smart. However, if there's one thing I am, it's PEOPLE SMART. That's why I'm good with this whole advice thing. I'm thirteen years old and about to go into high school. i got into this really good private school, but its all girls. and i don't live in a city where there are all guy schools, its only co-ed. how can i keep my social life going? should i just forget about the school and put social stuff first? Please tell me some situations where i could meet guys!! From, lonely in Lake Forest

If you got a chance to go to this private school, I would take it. Education, (unfortunately), comes first in this country, and when your ready to go off to college, you'll be thankful to have that private school on your resume. Now, for staying in touch with guys: Most girls schools have dances where you need to bring guys, that way, it'll motivate you to stay in touch. Also, make friends that go to public high schools and spend time with them on the weekends as well. They'll have guy friends, that you'll get to know, and become friends with as well. Plus, when you go to an all girls school, most of the girls there will want to go "guy scouting" on the weekends and you'll find plenty of guys when your out. Hope this helps.
