advice
I eat constantly. Whenever I'm bored/tired/thinking about food, I eat. I'm not fat. I'm not skinny either I'm about 5'7 or 5'8 150 pounds. I believe that I'm gaining. I try so hard not to eat, but I end up eating in the end. I think I would be fat if it wasn't for me playing sports. I'm always worried that I'll end up being fat and slow and can't play sports but i'm always ending up eating.. how can i prevent this? Thanks in advance
I understand what you are going through. It's a pain in the ass to eat whenever your tired or bored (its called emotional eating), and its a really bad habit to get into. Its also a really hard habit to get rid of. My best advice would be to have a healthier food you go to when you get bored or tired and decide to eat. For example, instead of reaching for a bag of chips, have some carrots or grapes. (hint: try frozen grapes - just keep 'em in the freezer - they're a great substitute and they're delicious). Hope this helps and good luck.
