Q: I don't have any excersise equipment..what are some excersises you can do to tone your thighs?[sp?]
Ok, here's what I do sometimes that helps my thighs and stomach. You lay on your back and lift your legs about 6 inches from the ground and try to hold it for as long as possible. So it should look something like this...With your arms by your sides
