Jonathan redo is a neutralizer spray for skin and hair. It's a little pricey though.
I work for a plant that manufactures high end hair care products.....I know you can't just walk into a salon (most anyway) and buy it because it's for celebrities and rich people. Try google and see what websites come up where you can order it.
