Is one better than the other in CSS design, or does it depend on the design? I always use classes, and have not really seen the benefits of IDs, so... what _are_ the advantages of using IDs as opposed to classes? (link)

They're both exactly the same, and you can use the same tags in each. I don't know why they both exist.
